Time To SING!
Today is July 1st, 2009.
Today is also my husband's birthday!
We're absolutely without the green paper right now, so there are no presents. No big party. No balloons. However, there is a little bit of cake and a lot of appreciation in this house today for the man who heads up this family. With your help, there can even be a lot of singing and birthday wishing (in lieu of cards)! I adore my husband. I am proud of him and I love working by his side.
He busts his butt working for us. He plays with our kids with unending enthusiasm and helps keep the discipline on track as well. He cherishes our relationship and continues to work on it steadily. He encourages me and coaches me. He is becoming more of the man he was meant to be every year and I count it a priviledge to be his wife.So please, celebrate and enjoy with me today! And leave a birthday message for my hubby! Picture time... :)

family pics, and a guy with a guitar. what more can there be?!
ryc: um, i'm sure you were FINE with Xanga before me. ha. you coped as well as one possibly could, right?
@TheBigShowAtUD - Well, there COULD be a lot more, but I doubt I would be any happier. :)
Question--why do you do old school replies instead of using the reply feature? I've often wondered this...
i think it's better to go to a person's site to reply. it means i'll read that person's blog, rather than just stay in my own area. after a while, people will think you're not really interested in knowing them, at all. i'm not here just to get a ton of attention for myself, you know. i like the community feeling. it's hard to have that, over time, by only responding to comments within my OWN site.
Happy Birthday, Eric!!
Did he just turn 26? He's 2 days younger than me!
You have such a gorgeous family, V! Yay to adding one more to the bunch very, very soon!
awww! what an adorable display of your family.
i hope he has a happy birthday, indeed.
ah too cute.
@TheBigShowAtUD - Wow, that is a really good reason. I think I'll try that out. Only not right now because I already read your recent post, hahah
ha. well, it how i find new blogs, sometimes. a new person comments, and then i check him/her out.
it's MY reason. i dunno if it's a godo one, but it's how i roll. i know many people just respond within their own blogs. that's ok.
Happy Birthday to your dear hubby!!! You have a beautiful family!!! I hope its a great year for all of you!!!
my word....your little girl looks so much like my little girl! It was amazing. My husband looked over at the computer screen and said, who is that guy with Hannah? They could be twins! :o)
Happy birthday to your hubby!
So, I love the picture of Eric holding up the piece of paper that says something about how the food is so good he can't talk. I loved reading that story when it happened. :) It makes me happy.
I said it on Facebook, but I'll say it here, too: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ERIC!!
Happy Birthday to your husband! You two look so happy, it's kind of infectious
Happy Birthday to your husband! We never have money for gifts either but we always enjoy one another and do things with the kids and they will always remember that long after the object you would have bought is gone.
Fab pics and ty for sharing.
